Sean Stratton is a Riverside City Firefighter in need of a kidney donor and transplant. He was recently diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called IgA nephropathy leaving his kidney function at less than 4%. He's been forced to start dialysis treatment which affects his ability to provide or his family. Sean and his wife, Ashley are new parents to their son, Levi who was born mid-July.
